Product Warranty Policy

At Health Guard, we stand behind the quality of our bedding products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for our bed sheets, pillows, comforters, mattress protectors, and other bedding accessories.

Warranty Coverage

Bed Sheets & Pillowcases: 1-year warranty against defects in stitching, fabric tears, and color fading under normal use and care.

Pillows: 2-year warranty against loss of shape, lumping, or flattening under normal use. Does not cover normal wear or personal comfort preferences.

Comforters & Duvets: 2-year warranty against defects in stitching, filling leakage, and material separation.

Mattress Protectors: 1-year warranty against defects in waterproof barrier, zipper functionality, and seam integrity.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Defective stitching or seams
  • Zipper malfunctions (where applicable)
  • Premature wear under normal use
  • Color bleeding or excessive fading (when care instructions are followed)

What's NOT Covered

  • Damage from improper care or cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Stains, burns, cuts, or tears from misuse
  • Damage from pets or sharp objects
  • Products washed in temperatures exceeding care label instructions
  • Use of bleach or harsh chemicals (unless specified as safe)
  • Commercial or institutional use
  • Personal comfort preferences or dissatisfaction with feel

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number, product details, and photos of the defect.
  2. Review: Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days.
  3. Resolution: If approved, we'll offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  4. Return: You may be required to return the defective product. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for approved warranty claims.

Care Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, products must be cared for according to the care label instructions provided with each item. Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid only for products purchased directly from Health Guard or authorized retailers. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by location.
