WARRANTY COVERAGE
The warranty covers certain quality-related defects in the mattress protector for a period of twenty-four (24) months, sixty (60) months, eighty-four (84) months, or one hundred and twenty (120) months from the date of purchase, as specified on the product packaging. Exceptions are listed below.
To qualify for full warranty coverage, any damage must be reported to HealthGuard™ within five (5) days of occurrence. Both the mattress and the mattress protector must be purchased together. In addition, the product must be new, in its original packaging, and purchased from an authorized dealer.
HOW HEALTHGUARD TM HELP
HealthGuard™, at its sole discretion, will replace a mattress protector that is proven to be defective in materials or workmanship and falls within the warranty guidelines. For claims related to mattress staining, HealthGuard™ may provide a cleaning solution, arrange professional cleaning or sanitization, or replace the mattress, provided the claim meets the warranty conditions.
Replacement or cleaning is limited to one mattress or mattress protector during the lifetime of the warranty, and such replacement or cleaning fully satisfies all terms of this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the mattress protector is provided “as is,” and this warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of certain warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. You may have additional rights that vary by province, state, or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HealthGuard™ and its suppliers will not be liable for any substitute product costs or for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages related to the mattress or its use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. HealthGuard™ total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the mattress protector. In jurisdictions where limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages are not permitted, these limitations may not apply to you.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse or abuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear, including rips, tears, and loose threads. The warranty also excludes stains or damage caused by grease, corrosive substances, dyes or solvents, animal soilage, or liquid spills exceeding 2 cups (16 fl oz).
Damage resulting from burns, fire, flood, theft, vandalism, or any loss covered by an insurance policy is not covered. In addition, the warranty does not apply to mattress protectors that are incorrectly fitted or improperly installed, mattresses used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes, or products used in outdoor or exposed areas such as patios or screened rooms.
All fabrics are subject to general soiling over time, and this warranty does not remove the need for regular care and washing of the mattress protector. General soiling refers to the gradual buildup of dirt, dust, body oils, and perspiration that cannot be linked to a single incident.
HOW TO CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, email warranty@healthguard.com and include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, a photo of the washing label, and clear proof of damage to validate your claim. As part of the process, the defective mattress protector must be returned to HealthGuard™ for inspection and testing.
Customers are responsible for all courier or transportation costs associated with the warranty. This warranty is non-transferable, and HealthGuard™ reserves the right to revise or update its warranty terms from time to time.
