Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Orders are processed quickly. They leave our warehouse in 1 day but depending on your location relative to one of our 3 North American warehouses your new bedding accessories should arrivein 2-5 days. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 in the 48 contiguous states and all Canadian provinces.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 100 days from the date of order to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact customerservice@healthguard.com and they will walk you through the return process. 
2. Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Sales or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges
